Due to the artisanal and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or preference.
Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only accepted if:

The delivered product is incorrect or defective
We do not offer size/style exchanges on correctly delivered items.
Custom / Made-to-Order Items:
Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.
Condition for Returns (if approved):
Items must be:

Unused and unwashed

In original packaging

With all tags and labels attached
Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was incorrect or damaged.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing:

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this, cancellation is not guaranteed due to fast processing.
