We currently deliver only in one Emirates in the UAE, Dubai.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak periods or public holidays, processing may take longer.

  • You will receive confirmation via email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

4.Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges

  • Express delivery incurs additional fees

  • All charges are clearly displayed at checkout in compliance with UAE e-commerce law.

5. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

  • Tracking allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time.

6. Packaging

  • All Rawayat products are carefully packaged to preserve the handmade quality.

  • Eco-friendly, protective packaging is used to ensure safe delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

In compliance with UAE consumer law:

  • Customers must report damaged or lost items within 3 business days of receipt.

  • Proof of damage (photos) and order details are required.

  • Rawayat will provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

  • After processing, cancellation is not guaranteed due to fast dispatch.

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, Rawayat ships only within the UAE.

  • Future international shipping will comply with relevant customs and UAE e-commerce regulations.
